Hi, I'm Szabolcs, a Staff Software Engineer with 20+ years of experience across startups and global tech companies. I’ve worked extensively with the latest web technologies, distributed systems, service development for regulated environments, and I enjoy building scalable, well-structured solutions that stand the test of time. I’m a hands-on problem solver who cares about clean architecture, UX, and DevEx, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Alongside my engineering work, I’ve been actively involved in the international tech community as a speaker and organizer. Based in Norway and actively learning Norwegian, I’m looking to share my experience in a meaningful, long-term role.
